How can I filter Joker5 emails?

Why filtering is important

Due to new spam filters, email services may automatically delete or direct legitimate emails from Joker5 to spam or bulk mail folders. Follow the instructions below to ensure our emails are delivered correctly.

Add Joker5 to your safe senders list

Add promo@email.Joker5.com to the safe senders list or allowed senders list in your email service or spam filter application.

Note: Button names and menu options may vary depending on your email program. Check the exact names directly in your email.

Instructions for email services

Gmail

  • Click Contacts on the left side of any Gmail page.
  • Click Add new contact.
  • Enter promo@email.Joker5.com in the email field.
  • Click Create and then Save.
  • If emails are in the spam folder, check the box and click Not spam.

Yahoo!

  • Click the Contacts icon in your Yahoo mailbox and select New contact.
  • Enter promo@email.Joker5.com and click Save.
  • Alternatively, check your spam folder and mark Joker5 emails as Not spam.

Hotmail / Outlook.com

  • Click the arrow next to New and then New group.
  • Enter a group name and add members using their email addresses.
  • Click Save.

iCloud

  • Click the Junk folder in the sidebar.
  • Select the Joker5 email and click Not junk.
  • From now on, emails from Joker5 will automatically go to your Inbox.

Outlook 2003 or later

  • Right-click the Joker5 email, hover over Junk, and select Never block sender.
  • To add as a contact: open the email, hover over the address, select Open contact card, then Add to Outlook contacts and Save.

Windows Live Mail

  • Open the Joker5 email.
  • Right-click and select Add sender to contacts or click Add contact in the header.
  • Verify the information and click Add contact.

Mozilla Thunderbird

  • Click Address Book and highlight Personal Address Book.
  • Click New Card, enter promo@email.Joker5.com, and click OK.

AOL

  • Right-click the Joker5 email and select Add to contacts.
  • Verify the information.

Entourage

  • Open the email, right-click and select Add sender to address book.
  • Verify the information and exit the contact card.

Instructions for spam filter applications

Add email.Joker5.com to the whitelist, safe senders list, or friends list in popular applications. Examples:

  • Cloudmark SpamNet: Settings → Advanced Settings → Whitelist → Add email.Joker5.com → OK
  • SpamPal: Right-click the icon → Add to whitelist → email.Joker5.com → Add
  • MailWasher: Tools → Blacklist → Friends → Add → *email.Joker5.com → OK
  • McAfee SpamKiller: Friends → Add → All users in domain → OK
  • Other applications: Follow the whitelist/safe senders procedure and add email.Joker5.com.

Additional tips

  • If emails are still directed to Bulk or Spam folders, add Joker5 to your Address Book or Contacts.
  • You can also move Joker5 messages to your Inbox or send an email to yourself.
  • If problems persist, contact your Internet service provider or the spam filter application's support for guidance.
